From the moment we arrived staff were extremely accommodating. The bar staff couldn’t have been more helpful in making sure I had everything feeding my 1 year old. At our first day in the leisure centre the staff in the pool were excellent! Spa facilities & gym top notch! Every request was met with grace…We didn’t have a fridge in our room to store baby food & bottles, we rang reception & they had one with us in less than 30 mins! The management of this staff is exceptional and it is clear to see in the friendly & accommodating attitude of the staff. Felt totally at home & was nice to be able to have our child in the bar area for the evening meal. I will definitely return for another break. The bar meal was delicious & very reasonably priced!

Our first overnight stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! As regular visitors for family events and Sunday lunches, we’ve always had a great experience, but this stay exceeded all expectations. The room was lovely, spacious, and perfect for me and my child. The staff, as always, were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive – truly a credit to the hotel. Dinner was delicious, maintaining the consistently high standard we’ve come to expect, and breakfast was simply perfect. What stands out most is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by every member of the team. Their hospitality made our stay feel special.

Surrounded by beautiful scenery and a lake. The inside was fabulous and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows and a superb duvet. Also the rooms have air in which my partner was delighted about. Food in the bar was fabulous and fairly priced, we never made in to the diner as the staff in the bar were just so lovely and the food was so good. All the staff across the hotel were very helpful and friendly which made our experience very enjoyable. The pool was heated and the steam room and jacuzzi was so relaxing.

The Breakfast had everything to offer, from full Irish to continental incl cereals and breads with a number of spread options. Even a number of alternative milks are offered! I loved my massage in the spa and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the pool and pool amenities. I didn't use the gym due to time constraints but it looked very spacious with lots of machines and free weights to choose from. Loved the comfortable firm bed and the night's sleep i got! Priceless!
